Brushless DC Motor Repair

We have experience repairing all types of Brushless
DC motors.  Including Bosch servo motors, AC & DC
Brushless Motors.  We can repair, rebuild and
re-manufacture any make or model Brushless DC
motor.

In a brushless DC motor (BLDC), you put the
permanent magnets on the rotor and you move the
electromagnets to the stator. Then you use a computer
(connected to high-power transistors) to charge up the
electromagnets as the shaft turns.  We have the
equipment and technology to test your BLDC motor
before, during and after rebuild.
