AC Servo Motor Repair

Servo Motors can vary greatly in design and complexity.  We
have the in house capabilities to repair any make or model
AC Servo motor.  To call a motor a motor by any other name
is incorrect.  We have the technology to test your AC Servo
before, during and after rebuild.

* We test your windings to the OEM specification to verify
performance  
under load.

* We use oscilloscopes to verfify wave pattern of the
windings under load

* We perform magnet and magnetic strength's tests

* Every AC servo Motor is completely inspected, rebuilt,
re-qualified and tested to ensure it is to the OEM
specification.  We simulate in field performance on our test
fixtures to verify that each motor can handle the loads and
that the feedback devices are within spec.
