streamline process that enables us to delivers fast, cost competitive repairs that meet or exceed the OEM
specification.

  • Each unit is received and entered into our tracking system the day of arrival.   We take digital
    photographs of every unit throughout the quoting and repair process.
  • Each Servo Motor is tested to determine failure.  
  • Each unit is then completely dis-assembled.  We inspect every aspect of the Motor both electrically  
    and mechanically.
  • We provide a 100% free detailed quotation that contains both cost and delivery of your unit.
  • Upon receiving approval, we begin the repair process immediately.
  •  During the repair we clean, inspect and test every aspect of your servo motor  both electrically and
    mechanically.  It is assembled and tested both statically and dynamically.  We document all readings
    during testing and final inspection.
  •  Upon completion, we perform a final Q.C., paint, crate and ship
  •  Every Servo Motor repair is shipped with all documentation.
